When a consultation is needed
Do I need a consultation first?
No — just book the service
- Routine maintenance: root touch-ups, standard trims, an exact repeat of a style we have already done for you.
- The chat is built in. Your booked time starts with five to ten minutes to confirm the goal and look at your reference photos.
Yes — book the consultation first
- Major transformations: dark brunette to platinum, or a pixie from very long hair.
- Complex chemical work: colour correction, bridal styling, or an extension install.
- Hair that is significantly damaged or thinning, or a scalp condition — a separate assessment is what makes a safe, realistic plan possible.

Vagaro sends your confirmation and reminders. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to move a colour appointment — those blocks are hard to refill.
