Noon founded Hello Beauty Lounge in 2017 and still leads the floor. Twenty years in, her work is transformation — the big changes, the corrections, and the colour that needs a plan rather than a single appointment.
She is particularly good with hair other salons find difficult: dense hair, coarse and textured hair, and Asian hair textures, which lift and hold tone differently and are easy to get wrong. Balayage, precision cutting, colour correction and BELLAMI hand-tied extensions are all her own work rather than something handed off.
The consultation is where it gets decided — what your hair will actually do, how much upkeep you want to sign up for, and how it will look four months from now. Her colour is built to soften as it grows out rather than leave you a line to manage.

She is deliberate about spacing lightening services so your ends recover between visits, and she will happily map out a six-month maintenance schedule at your first appointment.

Keltie's work is soft, dimensional and low-maintenance — lived-in blondes that grow out gracefully instead of demanding a rescue.
A strong pick if you are growing colour out, softening a heavy line, or you want movement and shape without committing to a big change. Long hair, waves and face-framing are her happy place. She also does extensions, so added length or thickness can be planned alongside your colour.
